Week 1

In maths we have been doing ratio which is basically dividing into group and we have also been learning how to write ratio for example 2:1 or 1:2 which means there are 3 things in the group! Today we have been measuring the perimeter, length and width of a shape using squares and rulers and then using this to help with ratio.

In English, we have been writing a formal letter of complaint to a company of our choice. We have had to think carefully about our choice of vocabulary.

In Curriculum, we have been creating a double page spread about Ancient Greece including information such as democracy, inventions and the Olympics.

In R.E, we were discussing racism and how black lives matter started (it happened in 2020) and if people wanted they could stand up and debate their opinion about racism and how it is not right.
