Class Information

Teachers and Teaching Partners

Mrs Lawrence will be teaching Year 6 everyday apart from:

• On Wednesday mornings where Mrs Chapman will be teaching the class. 
• On Thursday afternoons where coaches from Bristol Sport will teach PE for an hour and then Deer class will be taught RE by Miss Rogers.

PE

PE sessions for Year 5/6 children are on a Monday and a Thursday. Children can wear their PE kit into school on these days. School uniform and black footwear is required on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. 

Homework

The homework expectation for children in Deer Class is to practise their times tables using TTRS, read at least 5 times a week and to use Doodle maths three times during the week.

Reading record books will be checked on a Friday. Children can change their books whenever they require a new one.  

Library

Library sessions are on a Tuesday afternoon.
