Term 4

Friday 23rd February 2024 - Week 1:

What a busy but great first week back! On Thursday, we enjoyed taking part in an agility sports session in the hall. We worked with some Year 6 helpers, who wrote down our scores. We did lots of running, jumping, balancing and throwing! Miss Bennett was super proud of us all and we had lots of fun!

In curriculum, we have continued learning about natural disasters. We learnt that in April 2015, Nepal experience a huge earthquake, which was number 7 on The Richter Scale. We used our new knowledge notes to help us write an information paragraph about this earthquake. 

In English, we finished writing our narrative about King Pelagios causing a huge sea storm. We are now practicing writing questions and exclamations ready to write a persuasive letter to convice Pelagios that Ernest is a good and friendly person.
